As someone who has chronic pain issues, last night and today were a little worse than normal. So as soon as I was done with work today, I decided an extra hot lavender essential oil aromatherapy bath was what I needed. It definitely helped to relax a little.

Happy Friday. As posted on my other blog, I’m giving out free advice! Ask me anything in the comments, and I promise to give you bad advice in response! We all need a little laughter in this crazy 2020 life. Social distancing and coronavirus has caused us all some level of stress and uncertainty.
